About Momma Fitness

Our Mission

Our mission is to help fellow 'Momma's' get back into fitness after having a baby. Every 'Momma' deserves to feel her best and if fitness helps you achieve that, then we are the place for you. We know how difficult that can be with little ones running around, so guess what!? We allow (and very much encourage) you to bring your little one with you, whether that is wearing them or having them alongside you on the floor/toddling around.

About Me

I am a mother of two littles, a girl and boy. Before getting pregnant with my first, I was quite fit and loved fitness. After having her, I just couldn't find any easy way to get back into fitness. Then, after having my second, I found it even harder. I happened upon a class that allowed you to bring your baby with you. After doing this for a year, and about to return to work, I decided that more 'Momma's' should have these kind of classes available to them. That's when Momma Fitness was born.
